Laurent Bresson brings over 25 years of global automotive experience in engineering, program management, sales, business development and leadership.
He holds a Master of Science in Instrumentation from the University of Manchester (UK) and a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Caen (France).
Bresson has been living in different countries over the course of his career, and has held various Executive positions at Tier 1 suppliers including Continental, Delphi and Nexteer. While serving as President and Global Chief Operating Officer of Nexteer Automotive, the company had a successful IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Rick Borns brings 30 years of automotive and aerospace
experience in casting process development, manufacturing engineering, product
development, program management, business development, operations management,
and executive leadership. Borns received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Terren Bonkowski
Terren Bonkowski brings over 25 years of automotive experience in Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management and Executive Leadership.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in business from Michigan State University.
Terren started her career at General Motors as a Supervisor in Tool and Die construction, including casting, machining, and tryout. She moved through manufacturing operations, advancing to engineering management, plant/general management, and corporate technical & operational leadership. Terren has lead teams in automotive body and chassis/suspension metal fabrication launch and operations both in the USA and abroad. Her most recent experiences include several successful greenfield launches and steady-state operations optimizations in both the OEM and Tier 1 space.

Erica Bell
For more than a decade, Erica Bell has represented and advised corporations, providing both strategic and practical legal counsel. She has supported automotive organizations in key areas of their businesses including commercial transactions, OEM relationships, compliance, employment and labor, intellectual property, product safety, corporate governance, litigation, and M&A. Holding Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy, Bell is a former president of the D. Augustus Straker Bar Association and former president of the Business Law Association at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Before joining Mobex Global, Bell served as in-house counsel for Brose North America, a Germany-based global automotive supplier, where she was responsible for legal and regulatory matters in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Prior to joining Brose, Bell served as general counsel for a global corporate consulting firm and as in-house counsel for Behr America (now Mahle Industries).

Robert Flynn
Robert Flynn has been working within the automotive manufacturing operations and leadership industry for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience working within large facilities of high precision machining, assembly and management of all key disciplines. Flynn earned associate and bachelor degrees in business from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Before joining Mobex Global, Flynn served as Director of Operations for Dexter Axle in Albion, Indiana. In this position he held full P&L responsibility for 5 plants, with 800 direct and indirect employees, along with 70 salaried employees. This responsibility included: Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety and Continuous Improvement. Flynn has held positions of Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Precision Operations for GT Technologies. Flynn served as Plant Manager for multiple facilities for Simpson Industries for over 26 years.

Jeff Bowden
Jeff Bowden comes to Mobex with over 25 years of technology expertise and leadership, from both the manufacturing and software development industry. He has expertise in digital transformation, technical strategy, and also security and security operations. Prior responsibilities include creating Business Intelligence practices, end-user computing, and global IT budget management.
Bowden has prior expertise in manufacturing, as well as over fifteen years of experience in the 3D simulation software field. He started his career in the dot com days, where he worked for a variety of startup web development companies. He has an MBA from Michigan State University and a BS in MIS Oakland University, and holds a variety of technical certifications.
