Paul Kenrick named as executive vice president, chief operating officer; Jesse Kalkman as executive vice president, chief commercial officer.
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – July 1, 2020 – Mobex Global, one of the largest vertically integrated casting and machining suppliers in North America, today announced the appointment of Paul Kenrick as executive vice president, chief operating officer and Jesse Kalkman as executive vice president, chief commercial officer, reporting to Joseph Perkins, president and CEO.

Kenrick brings over 30 years of automotive supplier experience, most recently serving as vice president, North American manufacturing at Akebono Brake Corporation since 2016, where he had overall responsibility for the company’s North American manufacturing operations.
Specializing in engineering, lean manufacturing transformation and global plant operations management, he previously held a number of senior operational roles during his 12-year career at Delphi Corporation, culminating in assuming the role of director, North American operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
Kalkman brings over 30 years of engineering and sales leadership experience to Mobex Global’s senior leadership team. Most recently, he served as vice president, chief strategy officer at Nexteer Automotive where he was responsible for the advancement of the company’s organic growth strategy.
Previously, he served as vice president of global sales and marketing at Nexteer, responsible for top-line revenue growth and backlog of new business from its largest global OEM clients. Prior, Kalkman held a number of increasingly senior roles in various sales, engineering leadership and program management positions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Northwood University.
